eProcurement Technology for the Masses: Ending Procurement's Love Affair with Pen and Paper

TenderBoard is on a mission to provide Organisations with the means to finally end their love affair with paperwork and manual processes. Our eProcurement System has transformed the way that Buyers operate and how they work with Suppliers. TenderBoard was founded in 2015 by Ken and Jeremy, and has since grown to a team of 8.

TenderBoard’s online eProcurement System and B2B Marketplace helps Buyers manage their procurement processes efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with their corporate policies. We do this by focusing on 3 design principles: (1) Automate as much of the processes and tasks as possible, (2) Extremely Flexible forms, workflows and reports, and (3) Ease of Adoption by both Buyers and Suppliers. We have transformed Buyers’ procurement practices from manual processes that were reliant on paperwork to fully digitised and automated online workflows. Our customers have reported 30% improvements in productivity and savings equivalent to 5% of annual procurement value. We continuously innovate to deliver greater value to our Users, as well as support National initiatives such as the Nationwide E-Invoicing Framework.
