In the talk, Dr. Geir Horn, Principal Investigator and leader of the multi-cloud project MELODIC and Ms. Katarzyna Materka, Cloud Computing director at 7Bulls and AI Investment, will present how to deal with the multi-cloud deployments in practical business scenarios. Geir will also briefly explain the importance of multi-cloud and challenges of application management in a dynamic Cloud marketplace, leading to the introduction of the MELODIC platform for multi-cloud optimized application management. Finally, the benefits of the multi-cloud optimization using MELODIC will be shown by Katarzyna using examples and savings of the real business applications. Consequently, the complete process of multi-cloud migration will be discussed and exemplified.
