Chief Marketing Officer
Brian Goldfarb is the Chief Marketing Officer at Chef Software. In this role, Brian is responsible for the company's worldwide marketing, community engagement, evangelism and business development efforts. Prior to joining Chef, Brian was the Chief Marketing Officer at Splunk from 2016 to 2019, leading that business through its digital marketing transformation. Brian also served as Senior Vice President, Platform and App Cloud Marketing at Salesforce.com from 2015 to 2016 and served as Head of Marketing of Cloud Platform at Google from 2012-2015. Previously, Brian served in product marketing and product management roles at Microsoft from 2003 to 2012. Brian holds an A.B. from Duke University in Computer Science and Economics.
