Chee Yong has been actively participating in various Agile transformation journeys of different organizations since 2012. As an agile coach at Singapore Airlines, he invest his time in educating teams on Scrum ceremonies, Kanban techniques, aligning DevSecOps processes and evangelizing software craftsmanship practices. Over his 17 plus years of working experience, he had also taken up IT roles from Developer, EAI Integration Specialist, Quality Assurance Manager, Delivery Manager and Agile Practice Lead, learnt to appreciate the different patterns and antipatterns of IT organizations in Defence, Consumer Electronics, Hospitality Government and Banking industry.
