Paul Martin is an Executive Partner at Gartner advising on a full range of topics from leadership, strategic planning, governance and organization change, all the way through to practical implementations of AI, data and analytics strategies. Paul is the Gartner CIO Forum Chair and a thought leader on Agile and digital business transformation, strategic business technology trends and emerging technologies such as blockchain, machine learning and robotic process automation. He is a professional mentor in the Singapore MentorsHub and an amateur psychologist in behavioural change and influence of emerging technologies on society.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Martin has worked for or consulted with some of the biggest brands worldwide, including large global enterprises in the banking and financial services sector, startups in fintech and martech, the Asian Dragons (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent), data and analytics providers, telcos and media companies. He has appeared on numerous stages presenting to thousands of people across the Asia Pacific, regularly publishing thought leadership content on LinkedIn and active on social media platforms.
Most recently, Mr. Martin was Regional Vice President and CIO for Aimia, a data-driven marketing and loyalty analytics company.
