Simon Wong is the Technical Solutions Leader for IBM Technology Support Services in ASEAN. Based in Singapore, he has responsibility of designing and reviewing technical support solutions across multi-vendor hardware and software, delivered through more than 700 support professionals across 6 countries in the ASEAN region. With 23 years of experience in IBM, Simon has a broad array of expertise acquired from his previous roles ranging from Service Delivery Manager, Country Sales Manager and Business Executive. He has led large project teams in selling, developing and implementing system solutions for clients across a broad range of industries. As a member of IBM's Global SME community, he is also involved in the development of strategies and implementation of assets to deliver world class support for all IBM clients in the growth markets. Simon holds a Master of Technology degree from National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Born in Hong Kong, Simon is now living in Singapore and married with a son.
