Xuan Que Le is the CTO of Viettel IDC corporation. A graduate of the Hanoi University of Science and technology, Mr. Le oversees all research and application development as well as production of all information technology at Viettel IDC. In this capacity, Mr. Le is specifically focusing on digital transformation, overseeing the company's investment into next generation projects in all areas of IT. He also oversees management of intellectual property, network security, data protection and telco quality control.
