The world’s leading tech companies’ employ a workforce that is 70% male, and only about 15% of their technical positions are held by female employees. Some of the most inspiring female leaders in technology will be invited to take to the stage and share their experiences with young and enterprising women, and their male co-workers. Through engaging panel discussions, our speakers will tackle the subject of gender disparity in the sector, reveal what motivates their passion for technology, and explain how, through unity, we can improve the tech landscape for everyone.
