Cloud Expo Asia received over 21,000 attendees across two levels for its 7th edition
Singapore, 11th November – Cloud Expo Asia and its co-located events took place on 9th – 10th October 2019 at Marina Bay Sands, and received over 21,000 technologists across the APAC region in attendance.
Co-located with leading enterprise technology events, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data World, Smart IoT Singapore, Data Centre World, eCommerce Expo Asia and Technology for Marketing Asia, the event stack has grown at an unprecedented rate to cover two entire levels of the Expo and Convention Centre.
In this unique congregation of technology expertise, attendees sourced from over 400 global exhibitors, and learned from over 600 top-notch industry leaders boasting expertise in varying fields including cloud computing, cybersecurity, big data, data centres, ecommerce and marketing.
Day One opened with opening remarks by Mr. Soon Tein Lim, Chairman, Cloud & Data Chapter of SG Tech, followed by an address from guest of honour, Mr. Philip Heah, Assistant Chief Executive, Technology and Infrastructure Group of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), Singapore.
Visitors were presented with hundreds of sessions across 21 conference theatres covering the entire technology ecosystem, ranging from the edge computing to hyperscale data centres, blockchain to machine learning, digital transformation to customer experience & engagement.
With such comprehensive and wide-ranging topics, record numbers of senior decision makers from organisations such as Ernst & Young, GSK, Mediacorp, Rakuten and PSA Corporation were in attendance.

With the addition of new launch event Technology for Marketing Asia to the award-winning co-located shows, professionals from the marketing sector met with dedicated Martech solution providers and gained insights into practical content for marketing success.
The exhibition floor also welcomed great interest and commercial activity, with a selection of some of the world's leading technology companies, including Huawei, Equinix, Oracle Corporation, TIBCO, SAP, Telstra, Seagate, Schneider Electric, McAfee, Nokia, NTT, Tencent Cloud and more. New and improved solutions and products’ ranging from edge computing to smart technologies were showcased across the two days.
