Damien is currently the Chief, Digital Strategy & Leadership practice at the National University of Singapore (NUS-ISS). Prior to that he was the founder & CEO of HR tech/SaaS company, Peoplewave. He has also held digital leadership positions at major global brands such as Standard Chartered Bank, Philips, Samsung, Dell, Ogilvy, Coca-Cola and McKinsey & Company.
