As the Director of Technical Services at LogicMonitor, Luke oversees engineering, customer success and professional services across the APAC region. He brings over 20 years of experience across both end user organisations and technology providers, starting his career in server and infrastructure roles at Royal Bank of Canada and CBA before spending seven years at Rackspace building out their customer success and engineering team in ANZ. Luke has deep knowledge of how LogicMonitor can help customers and MSPs and enjoys solving customer issues, escalations and building trusted relationships.
