Melissa is a dynamic leader and coach who has over 25 years’ experience across Australia, Asia, Europe, America and the Pacific. She has held a variety of roles spanning Professional Services, HR and IT working with organisations such as PwC, Macquarie Bank, National Australia Bank, ANZ, JLL, Standard Chartered Bank, Singtel, Westpac, BNP Paribas, and more. Until January 2023, she was the SAP Asia Head of Procurement Services Delivery for South East Asia, leading a team of over 25 with a project portfolio value of €7 million and in 2018 she was awarded the SAP Ariba, APJ Leader of the Year. She is currently Director, SAP Experience Center APJ. In this role, she works with SAP customers and other stakeholders to introduce them to the “art of the possible” – showcasing the latest in SAP and SAP partner innovations. Outside of work, Melissa has a passion for food and travel and writes reviews of her experiences for an online publication www.expatchoice.asia. Melissa is an Australian living in Singapore and she has three children who are currently studying in New Zealand
