Newtech was nominated by a Swiss multinational bank and financial services company as the main contractor for its existing office demolish work, new office fit-out, MEP, UPS system relocation, and structural cabling works in its Hong Kong branch.

The site with 11,000 sq.ft is located in the tallest grade A skyscraper in Central district on the Hong Kong Island. Project scope covers mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, fire protection, extra-low voltage system, fit-out works, and furnishing.

We need to minimize noise, dust, and odor arising from construction and guarantee there is no interruption to the existing live office. Based on professional experience, Newtech managed to complete the project within 6 months.
